Olufemi Emmanuel is an evangelical theologian. He bagged his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from the prestigious West Africa Theological Seminary (WATS), Lagos in 2005 and his Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies from the same institution in 2009. In 2016, he completed his PhD in Old Testament Studies, majoring in Old Testament Prophetism at Crowther Graduate Theological Seminary, Abeokuta.

As a seminary lecturer and administrator, Olufemi has been involved in imparting biblical knowledge and sound theological education in training of church leaders at WATS Lagos as accredited by the Association of Christian Theological Education in Africa (ACTEA) and with several other Seminaries in Nigeria.

His field of studies, research and teaching, include Old Testament Studies, Biblical Hermeneutics and Theological Research.

Olufemi also presently serves alongside his wife, Maryjoan Emmanuel as the founding pastors of Christ’s Fragrance Church inc., Lagos; and as the management in charge of Brook of Onyx Schools and Onyx College, also In Lagos Nigeria.

Having written severally, particularly on the state of the Christian Church and doctrine today, Olufemi’s pieces have featured since 2010, in many editions of ‘Church Times Nigeria’, a flagship Christian tabloid in the country. search https://churchtimesnigeria.net for some of his write ups.
