Rev. Victor Priest Chukwuma (Ph.D.) is a skillful and enthusiastic professional in Education Leadership and Administration. He is a God-fearing person who believes in honesty, transparency, and respect for others. He serves as a missionary in Sudan, where he was involved in training pastors and missionaries in cross-cultural ministry. He is currently a volunteer pastor at the New Beginnings International Church in Lekki Lagos, Nigeria.

 Victor completed his study at Africa International University Nairobi, Kenya, and taught at the University before his return to his home country (Nigeria) as a full-time employee at West Africa Theological Seminary Lagos. His experience in teaching in higher education has played a significant role in transforming students’ character to become agents of transformation in society through academic excellence, innovative programs, and moral distinctiveness.

Victor is a gifted academic research writer who has published several articles in international journals and presented papers at international conferences. He believes in employees’ well-being, which plays a significant role in the success of an organization through his competence in stress management training in the workplace.
