What we ask of patients who smoke and drink Alcohol:
West Africa Theological Seminary Hospital is a Smoke-Free environment. Patients, staff and visitors are not permitted to smoke in the hospital buildings or on the hospital grounds. Under the Public Health Tobacco Amendment Bill governing smoking in the workplace, smoking is strictly prohibited in all hospital buildings.
As a member of the Health Promoting Hospitals in Alimosho Local Government, West Africa Theological Seminary Hospital promotes a completely smoke-free environment throughout the entire hospital and grounds. The hospital has a duty to provide a healthy environment and a safe place for patients to be treated.

Medical Outreach
West Africa Theological Seminary Hospital is a general public voluntary hospital providing cares for WATS community and its immediate and distance environment in Alimosho and Lagos state at large.
West Africa Theological Seminary Hospital Ipaja is a registered primary and secondary care provider under missionary and charity hospital and is administered and managed in accordance with a Scheme of Management approved by Order of the Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency (HEFAMAA), Lagos State Ministry of Health. The current Scheme of Management was approved in 2017 and is renewed annually.
The Hospital has a total of 13 In-Patient beds and 4 neonatal care beds. The In-Patient specialties are General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery & Rehabilitation, Dental, and Optical Medicine, We also have accident and emergency center incorporating a Local Injuries Unit and Medical Assessment Unit.
