John Egbe teaches New Testament courses in the Theological and Religious Studies department of WATS. He attended Ibrahim Babangida College of Agriculture between 1991 and 1993 and was awarded a Diploma in Religious Education and Pastoral Ministries by Ghana Christian University College, Accra, Ghana in 1998.

His Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology (2011) and Master of Arts in Biblical Studies (2016) are awarded by West Africa Theological Seminary, Lagos.

John Egbe serves as the Country Representative of West Africa Christian Mission and oversees the work of the Mission across Nigeria. He doubles as an Instructor and the Principal of WACM Bible College, Otta, Nigeria. He was the Valedictorian at the 1998 graduation ceremony of Ghana Christian University College where he graduated with Highest Honors. In 2011, he graduated overall best at the convocation ceremony of West Africa Theological Seminary.

John and his wife, Kemi have four children - Davidson, Jonathan, Esther and Jonnie.
