Doctor of Ministry

dminc1

The Doctor of Ministry (DMin) is a professional degree program primarily designed to equip pastors, mission executives, church leaders, and other ministry professionals with greater skill required for their work. This goal is achieved through a combination of a renewal of the personal life of faith, the sharpening of ministerial skills, together with a growth in the understanding of the biblical and theological foundations of ministry and mission. This implies that holders of such a professional doctorate are strategically placed to demonstrate specific contributions to the advancement of professional practice in their chosen fields through the application of academic theory and professional knowledge towards resolving day-to-day practical problems confronting ministers and ministries in the real world setting. The Cohort team presently is on Transformational Leadership. The DMin degree is only awarded when you demonstrate originality of such contribution both in research as well as in acquired professional skill.
